You must notify us in writing of any claim for non-delivery or late delivery of or damage to the goods in transit within 7 days from the date of invoice. Failure to do so will result in the goods not being replaced or refunded.

Time Estimates
Subject to availability, we aim to despatch goods within 5-7 working days of order and delivery by our chosen carrier but this is only an estimate and time is not of the essence. The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to your designated recipient.

Prices
The price of the goods will be at the current price on the date of despatch. All prices include delivery charges and VAT in the UK. We reserve the right to vary pricing at any time, although the price you see on screen when you check out is the price you will pay. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT. The prices in the catalogue may vary from the prices offered for our goods through our website. Current prices will be communicated by telephone on enquiry. You must pay our reasonable extra charges in respect of (a) any special arrangements made at your request in order to expedite delivery; (b) any costs, expenses and liabilities we may incur because you have given inadequate or inaccurate instructions.

All local VAT, customs charges and duties payable are at your (the customer’s) expense.

Any unwanted goods incurring VAT and duties payable are at your (the customer’s) expense.

Payment
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard Credit and Debit Cards along with Maestro/Switch, via our secure payment providers.
Payment will be debited to your account before the despatch of your purchase. If you would prefer not to enter your card details over the internet, please contact us with your order and we can take your details over the phone on 0116 2610001.

Validation Checks
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, we may need to contact you via letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to despatch your order or we may refuse to accept your order.

Force Majeure
If we are unable to perform due to any circumstances beyond our control we may suspend performance while those circumstances subsist, any agreed date or period for delivery is to be regarded as extended accordingly.

Unwanted Goods
On receipt of your order, if you decide that you do not want any item, provided it is returned to us in its original packaging and unused condition along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase) within 28 days of delivery, we will exchange it or offer a refund. Items which have been customised to your specification (e.g. through the application of embroidery) cannot be returned unless faulty. Return the item to us carefully packed – we recommend using an insured and trackable service such as Royal Mail special delivery or other courier, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s to us.
Upon arrival the goods will be inspected to ensure they are of resalable quality prior to issuing a refund. We do not accept responsibility for carriage of the returned items, only the items themselves. Goods will be refunded at their ordered price less delivery charges (UK will be set at £7.50). Where refunds are agreed, these will be processed as soon as possible and within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Goods sent back to be exchanged for a different style, size or colour will be at your expense and a new carriage charge will be required (UK customers will be charged £5.00 for 2nd despatches).

Faulty Goods
We want all of our customers to be delighted with their purchases and to be able to buy from us with confidence.
In the unlikely event that you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty on receipt, we will supply a replacement, or give you a refund of the purchase price plus and any postage charges paid. Where refunds are agreed, these will be processed as soon as possible and within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

After-sales Service and Guarantees
Our products are manufactured to a high standard, using high quality materials and we are sure that they will bring you pleasure for a long time. We will repair or replace all products which are shown to be faulty in use within 12 months of purchase, provided that:

Colour Reproduction
We take pride in what we sell and take care to describe each item accurately and picture it as clearly as possible. Computer monitors can represent colours differently so the screen colour should be taken as an approximation only. If you are unsatisfied with any item purchased from us we will do everything we can to deal with the matter to your satisfaction.

Safe Shopping Guarantee
We have used every effort to ensure that shopping on the Internet with us is as safe as purchasing in person. Our secure payment providers encrypt all personal information sent over the internet.

Currency Conversion Pricing
Your card provider may charge you at the exchange rate prevailing on that date so currency fluctuations may result in a slightly different exchange rate from the prices shown in your shopping basket.
